Mark Powierski

A Riverview native has led culinary operations as an executive chef at multiple hotels nationwide, including Chicago where he has spent the last 10 years. Mark moved back to Michigan to share his passion for food, and creative dishes with his hometown. With any dish Mark creates you will find it imaginative and authentic.

When he’s not in the kitchen Mark enjoys traveling and finding new spots to dine. You might find him at your local bowling alley trying to get that 300 score he held many moons ago, or cheering on the Lions.

 

Troy Magier

Meet our General Manager!

Troy started working in Wyandotte at the age of 17. Over the past decade he earned a Biochemistry degree and worked for BASF and DOS, all while continuing to bartend locally.

Having a chemistry background has come in handy when it comes to creating many of our innovative cocktails.

A self proclaimed nerd, Troy enjoys history and learning about space. You can find him watching documentaries, or 90s gangster movies. He loves to travel, cook, and hangout with his doggo.

Meet our Event Coordinator!

Erica shares many passions. Native to downriver, she’s bartended locally in Wyandotte for several years. She’s earned her Masters Degree in teaching tiny humans for a living while also sharing her love/knowledge in the service industry.

She loves to cook, travel, spend time with her family, bake desserts, and spoil her dog.
